The Armstrong Parent Association (APA) would like to welcome you to our web pages!  Our hope is to provide you with information on how to stay involved in your child's experience here at Armstrong High School. This site is relatively new and continues to be a work in progress.  We hope to continue to enhance our communications to you here throughout the year.  We look forward to participation from all parents and we will try to be a source of useful information for you.

We welcome all parents and ask that you contribute by giving of your time, talents and/or financial support.  If you have not done so already, please complete the APA Volunteer form.  (It can be accessed under "Files" at the bottom of this webpage.)  Thank you for your continued interest in your child's education at Armstrong High School.

Mission Statement:
The mission of the Armstrong Parent Association is to enhance the academic, social and emotional well being of Armstrong High School students. This will be accomplished by utilizing the time, talents and resources of our parents to positively impact volunteerism, parent communication, the school environment and the health and safety of all students. The Armstrong Parent Association will provide an open forum for parents to address school related issues.

Next APA Meeting

2012-13 School Year Schedule--To be announced.

Thursdays--7:30-9:00 a.m.  Staff Lounge

Why 7:30 AM?  The difference between middle school and high school is the after school activities.  On any given evening, there can be a tennis match, volleyball game, football game and swim meet all going on at the same time.  As you can imagine, many parents and students attend and participate in these events.  Booster Clubs also meet in the evenings.  Many of us belong to several groups.  The best time for APA to meet be able to get Principal Dahl's participation and not conflict with other activities of our members is 7:30 AM.
